Wood Stain Removal Tips
Gum or wax: Use an ice cube wrapped in plastic to harden fresh candle drippings. Then gently remove
the wax with a non-stick spatula.
Food Stains: Wipe up the spill immediately and polish with a soft, clean cloth.
Paint: Wipe up water-based paints with a damp, clean cloth. Oil-based paints should be left to dry and
then removed with a non-stick spatula.
When a furniture technician may be needed:
Alcohol spills: Alcoholic beverages may dissolve furniture finish on contact. Let spills air dry.
If you can see damage, seek the expertise of a furniture technician.
